  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Opened software, DVDs, or CDs.
  • Custom-made products or items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.

  • After Shipping: Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item after it arrives, following the procedures listed above.
